Smooth use:
1)The hand-cranked telescopic cantilever frame adopts gear transmission and sprocket transmission. The transmission speed ratio is reasonably designed and allocated. With the corresponding rotating crank, the hand-cranked shear stress (shear stress within 120N) is greatly reduced, and the hand-cranked drive is easy and convenient.
2)The electric telescopic cantilever frame adopts a variable frequency reduction motor with a frequency converter and is equipped with a touch screen control module to achieve semi-automatic/fully automatic storage and retrieval. Make the storage and retrieval of profiles simple, convenient, efficient and automated.
3)The fixed arm connecting plate and the column are laser cut to control the processing accuracy. The connection hole accuracy is controlled within 0.15mm, and the assembly gap is smaller, so the partial load deformation is smaller during use.
Safe and stable:
The movable arm bracket adopts double bearings, which has a larger force area and effectively reduces the deformation under load. The resistance is lower during operation.
The fixed arm end plate adopts robot welding, which has higher strength than screw connection, and will not affect the use due to displacement caused by screw force. The whole process is robot welding, and the welding process control is more precise and reliable.
Each foot is equipped with a special pad of different thickness to ensure the levelness of the finished product of the whole set of products when the ground is uneven.
